What do you want to do with the pin?
For key programming remove cim and read eeprom 93lc66..

With known code MVP and other tools can add key if you have a working key

I don't have access to Saab vin to pin.
This is the way I do it. I find it very easy.
    It's a 5 mins job!
What tools can program this key by obd?

Yes if you don't have time access that's the only way. Some PIN codes are not in database so I must admit that having experience in removing CIM is always a good skill to have, just in case. All keys lost is a little bit tricky to remove CIM I heard? Because you can't turn steering wheel and get clear access to airbag clips / tabs whatever

MVP Pro or Tech2 can program key by OBD if you have PIN.

There is no way you’ll remove CIM and read eeprom and build back up in 5 mins

But if that’s the way you do this for spare key that’s fair enough .......

Removing airbag is easy, doesn't matter if lost keys. Also, eeprom is easy to access and not dangerous like Opel cims.
Don't have any of the 2 tools so I'll stick to remove cim..

Read with vvdi prog generate with tango then write back with prog. Solder/Desolder is relatively easy with this.
