renolink 1,87 problem installation and activation

hello dear members i try more the in takes to make work my red interface renolink with 1,87 soft i buy from a seller who even give me the activation license at first i install it and it works on cars very well but after i format my computer i try to install it again he wont work... i install the soft all is okey like in the picture but when i put it on car all i get is invalid interface contact gabigafu@;;;;;;; i think the problem is in my usb convert and virtuel port com i try to make some changes in device management but always without result can somebody professional can give me a solution or can help me with team viewer and i notice something too that the interface light blink when i open the softthe green light is not stable i will be very thankfull for any help

Hi! i have a same problem now , were you able to solve the problem?....I programmed a key 4 months ago and now it doesn't see ECU's.. same car .. I dont understand this...
