i really dont understand what your asking , if the door lock wafers are 731378 , then how did you get a cutting code of 735374 ? their both different keys ??

perhaps it worth explaining how you got 731378 from the door lock , did you read this from the lock with lishi or did you strip the lock and read the values on stamped on the wafers ?

you say your cutting code 735374 ? what do you mean your cutting code ? dealer code ? or is this what you entered in your machine ? if so then why if the decode from the door was 731378 ?

735374 and 731378 are totally different keys as positions 3 and 6 are very different cuts .

if the lock decode by which ever method you used and if lishi you used 4 lifter tool and followed the arrows to correct decode grid for each position then a decode of 731378 then this is what you should have entered in your machine , why did you enter value 5 for position 3 and value 4 for position 6? when your decode if correct was value 1 in position 3 and value 8 in position 6?

no one can help you if they dont know how you got both different codes and what you did .

I took off the lock and stamps on the plates:731378.
I decrypted incorrectly :735374 and this code does not work.
But I was able to make the correct key and decode it to SEC E9.
The machine showed the code correctly cut key :6-6-5-6-7-6.
Can you tell me how for the future to correctly decipher the lock according to the stamps on the plates?
    Thanks

if the key was 731378 then thats what you enter into the machine , this key could be listed in around 50 different ways

    731378
    768678
    231321

    and so on

if you inspect the key closely you will see that the tracks are

    top track : 768678
    bottom track : 231321

both these cut the same key as machine knows that values 5678 get cut to top track and values 1234 get cut to bottom track or should do if good machine .
