    Why you need to buy?
    just copy or
generate ID83 from XT27 VVDI or HB King chip and program by OBD

Most ford cars proximity keyless remotes need this chip to programme by OBD, how is this remote going to work if I just copy the chip on a keyless remote on a car? Look I still have to buy XT27 not in stock is there some were I should able to buy genuine chips ID63 80 bit 6f for keyless cars?.

You can program the smart remote part without chip inside

No problem to copy the emergency chip

You can generate ID83 with Handy Baby - King chip if you have or with Tango from LKP-2

or just take out chip from used FORD key with ID63 80bit

    finaly ID63 80bit = ID83
