What else should I do with this file?

Hi there, I have a Seat Leon MK2 1.9tdi BXE 105hp, and I recently decided to try get into chip tuning. I followed some online resources to make a simple tuned file; I wanted to disable EGR, fix hot start and stage 1.

I began by reading my original file with kess. I then opened it with WinOLS and found a several maps.

The maps I tuned are the following: Drivers wish 1-6, EGR Hysteresis 2 and 5, Torque limiter, IQ limited by MAF, Boost map 1-2, SVBL and the hot start map.

I also used VAG DTC Remover to delete two DTCs related to EGR.

I tested the file on my car and obviously I didn't get the ~30hp you would expect from a stage 1 tune, but I do feel a slight increase in power, the EGR delete worked and my hot start issue is gone.

I'm making this post to get criticism on my tuned file and for help in order to make it a better tune. I know the start of injection and injection duration maps need to be changed to get extra power, im just not sure exactly what i should be changing in those maps. Unfortunately that is the extend of my knowledge and I'm not sure of anything else that needs to be done to get that 30hp.

didnt check your files but from what you wrote , Torque to IQ conversion map needs extending to 360nm and duration map needs extending to 60mg

my torque to IQ map goes to 336nm right now. how do i add extra coloumns to make it to 360nm? also should it be a gradual increase like 345nm and then 360nm? duration maps 1,2 and 3 have 60mg already, duration 0, 4 and 5 dont. 0, 4 and 5 need extending to 60?
