Citroen beelingo 2006 can't pull pincode

Need to program additional remote key tried with Peugeot pin reader on and off to Sniff information the counter does not move stuck on 0 this is with 2 working keys can these be pulled by obd
I had fvdi but did not try to being scared of being Johnson control custumer had one key would lock and than would unlock vehicle on its own said vehicle came from a dealer and had a second hand remote no battery I had hazards light on than put lights on to wake up car still not joy.

Hi , there is a problem can be a appear if use chineese FVDI you can tried TDB007 or read pin code from eeprom .
