    Default [Tutorial] VDO Dash Golf V MPH to KMH

    Hello
    I take for you a solution MPH to KMH for dash VDO Golf V.

    You need:
    - VCDS
    - EEPROM programmer
    - WinOLS


    1. Read eeprom 24C32 or 24c16
    2. Open your file in WinOLS
    3. Open OLS files in WinOLS
    4. Search bytes from OLS in your file.
    5. Change bytes
    6. WRITE FILE BY EEPROM PROGRAMMER
    7. On dash you should see an ERROR
    8. Use a VCDS and change coding (from UK to other country)
    9. Turn off ignition and remove key.
    10. You should waiting to dash off.
    11. Processor should calculate checksum
    12. Done

    IMMO messege and emoticon OFF in new VDO cluster
    Change 0x00000136 value D2 to FF

    Now I testing change MPH to KMH in new VDO. I have problem with checksum but i must do it
