i have this tiguan from 2014

dash 5n0920 883c

what tool can read immo data from it

vvdi say no key stored in it keyless sytem is wotking car start

vvdi identification of dash as VDO NEC 2009+ UDS

car is key-less go and entry

when i tray to read with vvdi it say no key stored in dash with key in ring

key is ok i can switch ignition on and unlock elv with key-less go function

i remove key battery and put key in ring and the same ignition and elev is working

If your problem persists, simply write service eeprom to cluster first. Write FF's to 12A0-14FF.
Then you should be able to connect, and write original eeprom back to cluster as first work! Then do your stuff.
