Peugeot 307 pin from BSI

Hello,
I have here Peugeot 307 with BSI problem water inside.
I got other used BSI with same partnumber and read Processor to write on used BSI.
BSI partnumber is 9644098280

I am not sure if file is good or corrupted. Because BSI had water and weak battery for long time.

Can someone check if file is good or corrupted ?
If possible what is PIN code ?

Thank you for Pin Code.
I program BSI with code NQA4 and also tried 4AQN.
With BSI virgin it accepts Pin and VIN.
However to program the original car keys it always fail. Using Lexia and tried with FVDI too.
Car has 2 original keys and both read fine on Zedbull.
So, I try that maybe BSI that came with car was not original.
Engine ECU was never opened and is EDC16C3 0281010390
Attached is eeprom.

Can someone tell me Pin Code of this ECU ?
