Default 2016 corsa e blower on all the time

Hi, I've got a vauxhall corsa e 2016 1.4. Recently it's interior blower is stuck on full constantly. Plugged it in showing no fault codes. I was going to replace the switches but wanted to know anybody else had this problem. Thanks

Hi, sorted. The wiring behind the stereo had cut into the metal plate somehow, repaired.
