EDC16U1 File help - Merge Binaries?

Hopefully this is a really simple request for someone

I have a dead ecu in my car, so I replaced it and would like to keep my map from the original ECU

I have attached the two files

Failing that I would appreciate if someone has a stage 1 file for an Audi A3 2.0 BKD

If nobody can help, does anyone have a definition file for this ECU so I can do this myself
