You could try to search in german. Like "Steuergerät Heckklappe Insiginia" or "Heckklappensteuergerät 20980449" and so on. There is one

It from 2011.... Do you have something like OP-COM? Because if its different number.... I am pretty sure that you will have to program it into the canbus.
