Default How to restore VW 1C0909605B?

Please help me. I tried to read eeprom using vag eeprom programmer and generic cable. Can't understand why just reading broke it and now i have dtc 65535 - Internal Control Module Memory Error. My dump might be corrupted and don't know how to flash it right way.
Module is now out of car and can try bench flash through k-line or does it work? Should i open it, solder leads and use programmer?
Can someone fix my dump if it is broken or where i get better one?
    Thanks for help.

I'm so happy now. Memory error has gone away. Flashed tecnicuadros dump on the table through k-line, put module to the car, cleared errors and everything is fine. This module wasn't like 6Q modules which can be cleared with k-can commander.
Still i might want change that thing on picture. It was 0008 before flashing. That xx looks like someone has flashed it. Where are those "label" numbers stored?
