    I can't see good on your picture but pins 1,2,3 and 4 should be connected to MCU.
    Pin 5 should be connected to GND and pin 8 to +5V.If this is right remove this chip and read it in programmer.

    this is the correct eeprom.
    check the text on eeprom, its saying 93c 66

    First file was readed as 8bit and because that it is not good, not because it was read by UUPA !



    Second file was readed as 16bit and it is good


    Always must choose to read as 16bit

    Alwais must choose to read as 16bit

    problem is not hardware mate...Upa works fine if people know how to use it.
