mini countryman 1600 mev 17.2.2
hello to all .. of the aforementioned car I have to replace the ecu .. recovered a used one, the original is illegible, attempted any type of scodifica but I do not come to the head .. the damn does not start ... grateful to anyone who wants to help me to correct procedure

What tools do you have to read and write the CAS?
Can you translate scodifica, it's not English...
