BWM E46 320d EDC16C31 - ECU internal fault

Hello,
I have here BMW E46 320d with ECU bosch 0281010565.
Engine don´t start. I have error 4703 ECU internal fault 7

I search with this error code and I think maybe eeprom is corrupted.
Someone can try to repair my eeprom ?

Or maybe we can try to put another eeprom file from another ECU and swap ISN to allow engine start.

i see in other thread they have fixed by resetting rolling codes in EWS
so fixed
