It seems, that you dont understand. If you can not answer easy questions like what tools you have, what is actual condition of car and so on, noone can/want help you. I´m out. Plug PIWIS to car, check dtc of bcm. If you have VVDI2 you could try to adapt keys again with obd if bcm front is diagnostable.

Read dtc with piwis or any other good diagnostic tool AND better explain actual condition of car...

If your BCM is totally dead, even with my KJ-flash you should start to think about hardware damage. Maybe by soldering? Recheck PCB! I´m sure if your flash is damaged and you load flash from other module, even with another partnumber, the module should be alive. Maybe with some dtc if not 100% compatible, but should be alive.

Show picture of PCB near crystal, where you cut the track.

When read with VVDI prog- but now i know that when you read 2M25J and VVDI prog show you that partition is missing and can't read D flash any more ( BCM killed ) you can read D flash chosing CAS4 1N35H, file will be 32kb instead of 16kb. Than you can make new partition and write back d flash and p flash ( D flash 64 sectors, EEE 8 sectors ).
