I can only help you with the flash file you asked for.
If the ESL opens and the car starts then the key is doing its job I would think.
Why its stopping after 30 seconds I can't explain.

true bought Mrppad XEP100 and thought brilliant at 1st but software always crashes and write back range rover doesnt work

i could had saved my money n gone on holiday

don't know how hex prog compares but by sounds of it inherent risk with Poshe -maybe cpu should be read out of circuit

I only had one 911, but it had 7PP907064HM. You can try it anyway. Maybe you get any life back to car. Unlocked means security deactivated. This makes it easier to handyle, if you need to read or write in future.
