Is it id48 or 4d60 transponder if 4d60 transponder skp900 does this easy and make sure you have glass transponder the same as ford.

It’s just Ford Pats system X-Type uses id60 Glass transponder. XK8,XKR,XJ used id13 and id48 but the X-Type never did.

I could try the following ...
With a CN5 transponder configured as 4D (40 bits) load the following pages with handy, kd2, etc:

    Page 1: FF
    Page 2: 00
    Page 3: 8EC3FE 01
    Page 4: 87B3058E65

The immo must have the file named "ori file.bin" on his MC68HC912D60

And I say 4D because by that system your File was recognized

Need to use glass 4d60 transponder any other transponder the vehicle will have problem starting Ford 4d60 glass chips readily available I never use nothing but glass 4d60 for these Ford or jaguar keys would also help to tell has what tools you have
This should be a simple job is very important to make sure you have the right original transponders
Before attending lost keys jobs do not rely solely on tango I lot of jobs can be done by obd with knowledge and right tools also not completing job make you look improffesional in front of customer.

If not using original long glass chip.
Remove the chip out of the key. And hold it close to the coil ring, and test. Maybe you need to try different positions.
    Maybe it starts.

In the case that it cannot be programmed by obd2, I shouldn't have a problem with tango ... I don't think tango says that it does something that it doesn't do later ... at least it never happened to me ... and it gives the option of generate a CN5.
There are no more of these models around here, so I cannot confirm it as colleagues comment, the following can be done.
If you want to use an original glass chip and you want to do it on a bench without the need for equipment (sometimes due to problems other than the immobilizer, no diagnosis is made by obd2) from dump, what you have to do is discard the page 3 that I sent you (since that it is the original id that the car's immo has) and place the ID of an original 4D60 in the respective place of the dump (since these cannot be modified the ID like a CN5) ... but for that you have to Also check that there is no cheksum regarding the ID in the dump ...
It is the test that I would do if I find problems to be able to program by obd2.
