    Default VW GOLF 5 VISTEON CLUSTER SWAP WITH USED ONE. TMS DEAD ONLY EPROM 95160 CAN BE READ

    Hi friends of DK.
    i hope thet you can help me.
    i've a golf 5 with visteon cluster.
    cluster it's dead. internal TMS have a shortcut.
    i usually can swap with used cluster with AVDI read PIN ,MAC CS ecc and copy to used cluster immo data.
    but in this case i can't read immo data with diagnostic tool.
    my question is:
    there is a method wich i can found immo data to write in used cluster?
    i can read oly eeprom from old cluster

    Hi, if you read eeprom of cluster then you can extract most immo from it using some public available tools (Visteon_95160v2.4.exe).
    You can also post here and member will help.

    The only missing info will be MAC.
    If you are able to log canbus (on ecu or cluster, not OBD) then you can retreive MAC there.
    Or you can read immo from engine ecu. Can you tell what type of ecu you have?

    If you copy immo data (correctly) to donor VDO cluster it should all work.
    Note that maybe some swapping of bytes is needed depending on the tools you use!

    CS: 366B806C0F9CA6
    PIN: 06655
    IMMOID: VWZBZ0E0305220
    VIN: WVWZZZ1KZ6W146584
    MAC: 47700012

    KEY1=B310BAB0
    KEY2=B310C6AC
    (B3 is MSB byte)

    If you have problems making it work then post here your new immo block.
