You don't have to pay anything for it. As soon as I have time, I will always help. Others should also do so. Today I asked for help, because one laptop broke down and ........ Only messages with the price for help came to the priv.

What's difficult to understand? They asked you for the password and you replied that if he puts his file, when you have time you will help him ... But he only wants the password you don't have to have time to make a password. So first you write that everyone has to help but you are the first one that you don't. Maybe this is clearer?
