Looks good to me, i think processor dead. try replace it with another cas unit?
Hi guys, can someone help me check if the CAS3 of a Mini One R57N is damaged or not? The eeprom and the flash seem correct but the car does not start.
Someone could check if the CAS is ok
DTC CAS: A0A9; A0AA
61.35-9221719-01
C4 20.8 09 06A0
5WK4 951CBR
MCU MC9S12XDP512
OL15Y mask
Thanks in advance

Thanks for your help. I have not tried with another cas unit but the interesting thing in this case is that on the table connecting by pinout there is communication with the CAS module. Ista D does not detect the vehicle. Is the ELV unit possible? The other observation that makes me think that there is a fault in the processor or some solder on the CAS board is that if the car stays in the sun for a while and the dashboard warms up, the car does not start.
Thank you
Thanks for your opinion. I doubt it could be the subject of programming. The symptoms of failure started from less to more when the vehicle is exposed to the sun and the dashboard is heated. Taking into account the location of the cas module in mini R57, I think that the high temperature caused this failure and in the cold the car started until it stopped starting completely.
Thank you
Hello everyone
Would someone have the pinout for the MC9S12XDP512 MCU with UPA?
post dump from cas hier.
