Mercedes Sprinter 2014 EZS mileage correction

Does anyone know the best way to change the mileage on this EZS and what programmer to use?
These types of EZS with this mask are little problematic when it comes to reading.
I have X-Prog , R270 and VVDI Prog
A few months ago i had a similar EZS from Crafter 2015 and tryed reading it with VVDI Prog and ended up killing it because of a bad read.
