your old ecu eeprom can still be read by de-soldering the ck. hip and read. I assume the bin you posted is for the "new" ECU. The SKC for that one is 13782. Try and report back. The part number 03L 907 309N, came from VIN WVWZZZ3CZCE541468. Use the VCDS method if you have the skc from cluster.
