    Default alternator stator to ground resistance

    When testing alternator, with reg and diode pack removed whats a safe stator to ground resistance?

    50w Soldering Iron

    Weird check in here often didn’t see this thread. Agree.

    get 12v battery and hump leads, one on stator flash the wires one at a time dead

    then flash for a second the stator wires. Rotor ‘same’ again draws 4amps ish

    would have thought that information on your favourite INFERIOR ‘forum’

    Was Banned For Being Certifiably Insane and Stupid
