citroen C 1.4 I 2004 BSI damage with FVDI

Hi,
I've tried to read PIN with FVDI on a Citroen C4 1.4I 2005 FVDI said that couldn't read the PIN
The car dashboard doesn't respond any more, and ignition ON doesn't do anything.
can anyone help me , can some solution or suggestion

Read the bsi again, it might come back to live.
This time, use battery suplier, or good charger.

It might work.
If it fails, you should look for a healty flash file, and write that.
Best to do that with a bench setup.
