Not my department but google “arm processer” but looks like has programs port

bin it, if its incorrect it’s faulty.

but still did not find an programmer that can read this

It is not in the ARM.
Look for I2C eeprom (small advice - not SOIC8).
Then you have to do BBS.

Need fully cut dash. Later looks ugly. Shape not easy.
Easily can damage pcb and ribbons. Becaware. Only dash do not enought. Km in other modules too
