Toyota forklift Small chip either msop 8 or tssop 8

Hello everyone, currently having a extremely tough time with a smaller chip (Believed to be a msop8 or tssop8) out of a Toyota forklift hour meter model is a “8FGCU35-BCS” the chip reads “RH8 62 NL” however I can not find anything with the research I’ve done. Has any experienced this type of chip before? Any feedback on how to read the bin or at least verify the chip type would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Also it is believed to be a 93 series chip cause when reading using my programmer (TL866II) under anything 93 series it reads but the dump is wrong but as said before I have no idea. As said before any help will be greatly appreciated.
