Jtag Smok programmer can read these.
I read 1 unit, worked well.

    No need to remove it.

The programmer, plus licentie for cem, 160Euro.
The programmer itself, does have some free eeprom function, and all payable option like micronas, renesas, etc work really well.

    That is horrible looking method.

I have no idea why even try something like this. Hot air is quicker, safer and just more proffessional...

i guess you are not familiar with the JTAG based protocols it's an official well documented development/debug port not some cracking/hacking/messing stuff
you unable to fry anything no matter the tools unless if you mixing the pinout
You have to providing the mcu loader(s) if you unable to doing that you get an exception (error message) thats all

Hi, and thanks for all suggestions.
I didn't get any response from smok, so I had to go on harder way.
So I cut the metal frame and could remove flash from CEM and read it with VVDI-Prog.
    PSX_20200813_203637.jpg
Open file with tango. There was 3 keys programmed, so I program transponder on key 3 position and generate new file.
Then I open that file and program another transponder on 4 key position. New file saved.
Then I write last file to flash.
All ok. Transponder key 3 start car.
There was an accident with transponder key 4 and lost it.
It's possible program a new transponder without need to write new file again to flash?
