Tool for EDC17?

Does anyone know a cheap tool that will read/write EDC17C11 or 42 please? I sold my reworked Kess/Ktag because I hardly used them. Now I have just bought a new van (Renault Master 2015 2.3 Dci) & want to map it with DPF/EGR delete. On the bench or through the OBD is fine.

for boot yes, it should work...
bench by pinout and Renault ecu´s 50/50...
