Need help about this motorcycle Yamaha X-MAX 2017.year,last key is lost.

I get immo box from client so is possible to get pin code ( 5 numbers ) or advice what i need to do ?

Client don t have a pin code or card where is stored pin code,so i need to get a code from immo box if is possible.

I'm searching in TMPRO 2 page, if send the file via email they will send you the pin code. But cannot work without motorbike, right? this not is always possible. I saw a vietnamite tool. Smart tool 2. The manufacturer said that can read KeyID and adapt new remotes only with the module, and check the the syncro between the remote and the module. maybe buy this and post here my results.

I just sent my smart tool 2 back to MK3 for a refund.
The tool is garbage and the support is worse.
I am testing another tool from Vietnam on a Tmax but that does not look good either at the moment.
