    Default edc16u31/34 boost problem

hello, can anyone see why the boost is up to 2040 mbar shows vcds boost specification.
I will add that the engine was set up complete awx passat 130pd and the electronics were left with the engine bxe 105pd.
map boost, boost limiter and svbl by change map sensor change to 3bar but still only 2040mbar.I personally changed the sensor to 3 bars and increased the svbl limiter. rest is changed by the tuner. Previous owner was doing a remap.
