Default Astra J body computer BSI replacement. How to do?

    Astra J 2010 1.7 diesel
The Body Computer corroded after antifreeze or water wet the PCB board. Attempts have been made to solder bad lines. Without success. A body computer was purchased from another car. The contents of Eeprom have been copied from the original to the new body computer. The car started the engine, everything works well. There are only a couple of DTCs that cannot be cleared. For example, an electric parking brake error, the car has a regular parking brake. The engine hood switch reports that it is there and is not on the car. Problem old stop system and battery controls. Problem with Lin communication ....
Probably the donor car had such equipment, and our car has a slightly different one .... I guess it is necessary to reconfigure the equipment in the body computer. So we tried it without success with the following equipment:
    OPCOM 2019 online
    Launch
    BrenBee
    Bosch
    FVDI Abritus
Can anyone help with advice on how to reconfigure the equipment in the body computer?

Or maybe we didn't know how to do the reprogram procedure properly?

As far as I have seen, that is the only solution for now. I found an interesting Blog in Russian. By including an interpreter, it is clear what the problem is and how it is solved.
The biggest problem is where the BCM is. Climate cools BCM warm humid air passes over it and condenses. Moisture corrodes copper connections especially through holes ..... In my case SMD resistors of half a Watt are destroyed ....
After repairing the BCM, it is necessary to varnish it, ie protect the pcb from moisture
