Fiat Palio Transponder and Ecu Problems

Hi can anyone please assist me as I purchased a Fiat Palio1.2MPI 8v and it was a bit luggish and didn't really pull like my previous 1.2mpi 8v. So after digging around I noticed that they had a IAW 49F.BD (1.6 16V ECU) with no transponder ECU in place.
I now purchased a IAW 49F.D4 (1.2 8V ECU).
How do I go about fitting the IAW 49F.D4 (1.2 8V ECU) with having to buy Transponder ECU +KEY and so forth.

Please as I've now been without a vehicle for 3 weeks!!!

U can buy a kid for the 1.2 ecu which is from the same car or verging ( immo off) for the 1.2
