Volvo v70 2002 2,4T Help to find Vmax.

Hello, i have a volvo v70 2002 2,4T ECU is ME7.01 and im looking in the ecu to change VMAX , i have read that its in three places next to eachother for high, low and medium , i have searched my file with a hex editor but i just cant find it. Anyone can give me any hints? The factor is 0,007813 so 00 7D = 250km/h and thats what i have been searching for , someone had low at 210km/h and medium at 240 km/h but all 00 7D i have found the next number doesnt add up to 210 or 240. Maybe its different in SW versions? Is there any good software that can help me find this? im using a hexeditor called HxD atm.
