Default FIAT EVO 1.3 WITH START& STOP DOESN'T CHARGE THE BATTERY

    Hi

i have a problem with a Fiat evo 1.3 8f3 ecu with start and stop system, after an alternator replaced (original burned) with new quality one, it gives only 12 to 12,8 volts ....

if i disconnect the cable from alternator that came from ecu it gives ~13,8v in ecu i have no error..... i had make dpf of the ecu, i put back original if the program makes the problem

but not difference, still get 12v and some times 12,8.....

what it could be the problem?

i have doing that, if you have no consumption, the voltage is ~12 if turn the lights and clima on then it goes to 12,6 - 12,8 that's not normal, because the battery is empty....... (the battery is ok...)
