    Unhappy 98 Lexus ES300 - MCV20L - NM93C56EM8 - Car has been out of commission 6 months HELP!!

Hi guys, I have a 98 ES300 and ive tried everything to re-write the eeprom in PonyProg but have not had alot of success, I burned the old eeprom with my soldering iron so i was never able to save the original data, so i dont even have the original bin file. A friend down in New Mexico programmed an eeprom in a used ecu but he used a 1999 RX300 EEPROM virgin file and sent the 4c chip to me as well but the car still doesnt start nor does the key program when i try to program it. Can anyone help me with a virgin 1998 ES300 bin? I would appreciate it so much and once i get paid ill even donate to whoever can help me.

I am desperate!! I havent been able to drive this car in 6 months and am begging for help. Thanks again, God bless!
