Is the software still available? Why don't you make it public for all users?
I suggest a general approach to developing such a program, but please note that the actual implementation details may vary based on your specific requirements and the programming language you choose to work with. In addition, implement a feature that allows the user to select the target language they want to translate the text into and other localization services.
