Default Astra H immo lamp blinking after key programming.

    Hello!

Programmed a aftermarket remote key (from 3DGroup) today to a Opel Astra H 2005 in a AKL senario. AVDI put the new transponder in key memory place 3 and remote working fine. But car will not start. The yellow immo lamp is blinking. I get a fault code on wrong transponder signal.

    Any ideas are welcome!

Yes I did, but only for 1-2 minutes. How long did you take them off?

see if you can read the signal from the key
    if no signal
check the coil is soldered proper

Key read fine. Could it be a bad ignition coil if I manage to get the transponder in to key memory?

if ignition coil is bad you could not program key in first place.... probably bad key....
