low boost? causes

hello. i got a fault code P2263 which is "low boost" .

i recently mapped my car and got the code after a month.

can a pops and bangs cause this? or it's a mechinical issue like the wastegate actuator? thanks


notice: the car boost is normal at highter rpms..only in low gears and rpms..

Were gonna need a bit more info on what make, model, engine type it is.

If it’s twinturbo engine it could be small turbo or actuator giving up..

hi its a 1.4 tsi twincharger engine which is turbo and supercharger

You could start by checking boost solenoid on top valve cover and all vacuum hoses that run across, also of valve between supercharger and turbo.

Dont think supercharger can get damaged from Popandbangs

didnt find any leaks or holes all fine. could it be the wastegate?
