ecu bsi kit swap

long story i tried to read pin code in a citroen c4 grand picasso 2008 semi automatic bluehdi 2.0 with arbrites and bsi failed and i have tried to reset/reflash rewrite eeprom etc, nothing worked.
original ecu is siemens and bsi is johnson control. i got a ecu-bsi kit and the auto tech said going by my vin and engine number etc is the same as the kit he sold me but ecu is a continental and after installing everything works apart from gearbox only 2 gears in auto and 3 gears in manual and brake pedal sensor won't detect pressing pedal to start car and keeps asking to put car in P park but car does not have P park. i have been using diagbox and managed to get all the vin code and immo all working fine, when i tell diagbox to learn the gearbox it goes through the process and brake pedal light dissapears and you can start the car, if you turn of the car or try and windows lights etc it will default to brake pedal needs to be pressed and wont start.

My question is could i read the file from the siemens ecu on the bench and write it to the continental ecu?
