Peugeot Boxer 130hp car doesnt start after change injector

Hey mates,

one of my injector (4) of my peugeot boxer 2012 130 hp doesnt work, so i changed the broken one and changed the injector code with diagbox. But if the cable in injector 4 is pluged in, the car doesnt start, when i pluged it out the car starts without any problems, but sure works only on 3 cylinders.
When i read error i get one: P1641 96
Can someone help me?

If someone got the same problem, maybe it helps. The head of the injector got an short circuit, so i changed the head and car starts.
