Original EIS is 210 545 00 08 with 0D69J
one of 0D69J is broken & can not be readed
Is it possible to generate the content of damaged 0D69J processor from another?

Find another eis with key or make key from other eis make ecu virgin and then pair eis ecu and you good to go.

which type of ecu eeprom i have working files for ecu with eeprom 24C02

How did you get this file ?
eeprom dump ?
or previous reading ?

I can see key tracks and key password etc. and 4 keys used in your file.
if this data is the latest, you can get a working second hand EIS,
renew it then write back the eis data with something like vvdi, insert key to activate then car should run... if the data are correct.
