edc17cp14 PIN CS MAC from dump

Hello, I am trying to swap passat b6 ecu's. Can anybody could help extract pin mac and cs ? Even better make immo off.
Attaching original and replacement Ecu's flash and eeprom.

sorry for bad labeling, i renamed files for better understanding. Immo off file works. Engine starts. But new ECU is with automatic transmision coded, and i get rejected when i am trying to change coding. Maybe you can extract pin codes from both ecu's ?
