Citroen Berlingo 1.6 injection problems

I have a problem with a Citroen Berlingo, 1.6 HDI, 9HZ engine, 2015.
Ecu EDC17C10.
The car has power problems, sometimes it cuts off.
Initially it had these two dtc errors: P2291 and P0087
I already changed the diesel filter, the rail pressure valve and lastly I tested the injectors, which are OK.
Despite this, the car sometimes continues to cut and the error P0087 still appears. Could it be a problem with the high pressure pump (common rail)?

Anyone had a similar problem?

use the diagnostics to check the low fuel pressure from the pump in the tank (4-6 bar). On EDC17C60 there is such, FAP software for android.
