No power washer pump Insignia

There is no electricity in the washer cubes in the insignia, fuses in the engine compartment number 44,56 and 66 are good,
insignia 2.0 CDTI 160KM 2010

When I turn on the sprinkler with the steering wheel lever, the relay is heard, but the ankles still lack electricity
I checked the cables with a electric meter (gauge) and there is no 0V power supply, the pump are good


I am asking for help where to look for the reason
