Lesson learned! ( always save sync file when doing spare key jobs)

    You now have 2 options:
1, buy a dealer key from Audi then use immo data to learn key.
2, use a MQB all keys lost service, lots offering this service now!

Sync file has to come from a working key or online calculation

I don't know anything about eeprom / immo data of actual KEY but if you have it, write to xhorse support/service and maybe they can calculate sync file from those files. I think it must contain this data, just need to know where to look.

    Regards,
didi_du_93000, you said you have got eeprom and immo data from original key, with that info you can make dealer key, can you post the immo data and I will try to extract pin code and CS that's the only information you need to make dealer key.

There is a software you only need pin and CS and you put new key and sync key file, how else would you do when AKL?

Super jumbe, you think synchro file is only CS of key, because even if we have Immo data and eeprom from cluster, vvdi2 want working key to be in key slot, maybe immo data is crypted and because that need key to decrypt CS.

Think is possible to make synchro file, because you need correct dump structure to be recognized as synchro file.
