Honda 2.2 ictdi BDM read Test ECU ID number, could it be?

Hi guys,

I would like to made an Accord 2.2ictdi EGR OFF
Car is 2004 With EDC16C1-7
Ktag didn't show ID datas but the files flash/mpc/e2prom seems okay. Winols see edc16 checksum blocks

When I see the file there isn't a Bosch Sw number attached picture about it.

There is TEST00643P290 instead 1037xxxxxx Bosch Number

Is there anybody who can confirm this could be working if I write it by BDM flash for EGR off.

I readed with FGtech Galletto V54 the flash to compare it read the same as KTAG

I know that wotek is old but I have the same reading.
My problem is that the car has no errors and from time to time goes out. Sometimes ride a week normally. The next day it does not fire.
Just remove the error and the car fires. Although and does not show. I prubowałem various testers and none shows anything.
The pressure on the injection strip is also 30 mp
Could this be a problem

i have experience with this cars ... i have 2 of them ... i just want you to know this car does not like the egr off ... you will loose power you better leave it on

No problem with egr off.
Just should 0ed the 2 needed EGR Hysterisis curve.
If has a power loss maybe the egr stuck in open position.
Than blank it with metal plate than will be okay. Not need to unplug the connector of EGR.

My problem is the car doesn't start sometimes.No errors Fuel pressure approx.Wires cubes checked.

hotstart problems you have ....hotstart map needs to be adjusted .... if you have problem only in cold ...there is also cold start map

where are those winter and hot maps.can you do for me my org file is above

This is not VAG car, where this cold and hot starter maps definied differently. It has only one starter map.

The problem can be electronically from ECU, I advice to upload again unmodified original ECU file and see what's happened.
If there are also the starting problem I think you should take a deeper look on your engine and supplier components like Rail, Injectors etc...

If anyhow need my help to adjust the starter map find in attachment
