Renault Trafic 2014 EDC17C42 delete DTCs stored in the eeprom

Hello

I cloned the ecu but with cloning the stored DTCs from old ecu also got transfered to new ecu and I am unable to delete the DTC-s with diagnostic tool even if some DTC-s are inactive.
Can anybody clear DTC-s stored in the files? I suppose they are stored in the EEPROM file. Dont want to delete them from the flash maps. Just to clear the DTCs from the memory.
