I need to delete these two errors P0102 and P0113. Can not delete them, who can help me?

the errors are gone but Does not exceed 3000 Rpm.

I would check the wiring of the Maf sensor. Because both the Maf and the Intake air temperature sensor report open circuit.
Maybe a disconnected connector?

The problem has been solved, all 4 glow plugs have been burned.The engine works perfectly
